Just copy JulianCamesPatchs_01.cpk and DpFileList.bin files into PES2016 download Steam folder.
“C: > Program Files (x86) > Steam > SteamApps > common > Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 > download”
NOTE: if you have a EditFile, you must delete it for get the correct names for Leagues and Teams.
