Cara Membuat Sabun Herbal Berkualitas Tinggi :

Kelebihan sabun herbal buatan sendiri dibanding sabun biasa dipasaran :

1. Hampir semua bahannya herbal kecuali lye (bahan dasar sabun)
2. Tidak mengandung SLS (Sodium Laureth Sulfate). Bahaya SLS 
3. Bahan pelarutnya adalah VCO kelapa hijau n minyak zaitun yang sudah sangat dipercaya manfaatnya untuk kecantikan n kesehatan kulit
4. Menggunakan parfum sangat minim yang diyakini cukup terhapus oleh air bilasan sehingga tidak menimbulkan bahaya.
5. Tidak menggunakan bahan pewarna n bahan kimia lain kecuali lye n parfum
6. Dijamin halal. Tidak menggunakan minyak babi (lard).  Minyak babi biasa digunakan sebagai bahan dasar membuat sabun oleh produsen non muslim. 
7. 7Herbal additif (pepaya, alpukat, bengkoang, dll) ditambahkan berupa jus (bukan ekstrak) hingga lebih dari 30%

Nah sebelum kita mulai cara pembuatan sabunnya, saya mau cerita pengalaman saya dalam praktek membuat sabun herbal. Dulu saya taunya cuma 1 hal dalam hal persabunan yaitu bahwa campuran lye (NaOH) dengan minyak n lemak hasilnya adalah sabun.

Percobaan pertama:

Bahan 35% larutan lye & 75% minyak sawit.  Dengan cold process. Masa curing 1 bulan.

Hasilnya: Sabun keras bertekstur halus. Saya senang sekali. Teksturnya mirip sabun dipasaran. Tapi ketika saya pake mandi ternyata tidak berbusa meskipun tetap bersifat membersihkan.Mandi tanpa busa tidak enak rasanya.

Percobaan kedua:

Bahan 25% larutan lye & 40% VCO kelapa hijau, 35% minyak sawit.  Dengan cold process. Masa curing 1 bulan.

Hasilnya: Sabun berbusa banyak. Bravo! saya berjingkrak. Baru saya tau bahwa ternyata menambahkan VCO kelapa hijau sebagai bahan dasar sabun ternyata berpengaruh banyak terhadap busa sabun. Jangan ngetawain ya... Ma'lumlah saya khan bukan sarjana kimia. Jadi belum tau reaksi lye terhadap masing-masing minyak.

Saya senang sekali dengan busanya. Tapi... sayang, teksturnya lembek. tidak mau keras meski sudah curing 1 bulan. :'( Hiks...

Percobaan ketiga:

Bahan 25% larutan lye & 10% VCO kelapa hijau, 55% minyak sawit. SLS 10%.  Dengan cold process. Masa curing 1 bulan.

Hasilnya: Sabun berbusa banyak n tekstur sangat keras, mulus n halus. Tampilan bagus banget. Tapi saya sedih. Sabun ini tidak aman. Mengandung bahan kimia yang berbahaya. Saya ga berani pake, apalagi jual. Sabun ini di stop...!!!

Percobaan keempat: 

Bahan 25% larutan lye & 40% VCO kelapa hijau, 35% minyak sawit.  Dengan hot process 100 derajat selama 2 jam. Masa curing 3 hari.

Hasilnya: Sabun berbusa banyak. Tekstur lebih keras. Hasil yang ini saya anggap lumayan n saya mulai tambahkan beberapa herbal lain.

Misalnya sabun pepaya, formula yang sudah 100% tadi saya tambahkan jus pepaya 2:1

begitupun dengan bengkoang, alpukat, dll

Sabun ini mulai saya jual online 

Harganya Rp.3000/pcs. Penjualan sabun herbal ini berjalan lancar hingga bulan Mei 2012.

Percobaan kelima: 

Bahan 25% larutan lye & 30% VCO kelapa hijau, 15% minyak sawit, 20% minyak zaitun. Additifnya madu, jus pepaya n jus bengkoang. Bahan dasar 1 : 1 dengan additif. Dengan cold process. Masa curing 40 hari.

Hasilnya: Sabun berbusa banyak. Tekstur sangat keras, mulus n halus. Asumsi saya sabun ini sangat berkhasiat. Karena asam laurat dalam VCO kelapa hijau tetap utuh jika tanpa pemanasan. Khasiat minyak zaitunpun tetap utuh jika tanpa pemanasan. Saya coba mandi dengan sabun ini. Wow!!! Wonderful. Kulit lembut, segar, lembab, bercahaya, terasa sehat, dll. (mulai lebay nih... Hehe. Tapi asli ga bohong kok)

nah setelah saya melakukan kurang lebih 5 kali percobaan, saya dapat menyimpulkan bahwa untuk membuat sabun herbal dibutuhkan takaran bahan yang pas, yang dapat kamu simak dibawah ini.

CARA MEMBUAT SABUN HERBAL BERKUALITAS TINGGI 

Bahan-Bahan yang dibutuhkan :

• 35% larutan lye 
• 30% VCO kelapa hijau
• 15% minyak sawit
• 20% minyak zaitun.
• Total 100 % 
• Additifnya madu, jus pepaya n jus bengkoang sejumlah bahan dasar. 1 : 1                        
• Jus Pepaya & Bengkoang (dijus tanpa menambahkan air sedikitpun, karna kadar air dapat membuat sabun lembek)
• 5 cc fragrance
• (Proses Pada Suhu ruangan)

Alat-alat yang dibutuhkan :

1. Sebuah masker sederhana - Dipakai selama pembuatan larutan NaOH saja
2. Kacamata - Dipakai selama pembuatan larutan NaOH saja.
3. Sepasang sarung tangan karet - Dipakai selama pembuatan sabun.
4. Botol plastik - Untuk wadah air.
5. Timbangan dapur 
6. Kantong plastik kecil - Untuk menimbang NaOH
7. Sendok stainless steel atau plastik-polipropilen - Untuk menuangkan NaOH
8. Wadah dari gelas atau plastik-polipropilene - Untuk tempat larutan NaOH
9. Wadah dari apa saja - Untuk menimbang serta tempat air dan minyak.
10. Kain - Untuk menutup cetakan setelah diisi sabun.
11. Plastik tipis - Untuk melapisi cetakan.
12. Cetakan.
13. Mixer kue

Cara pembuatan : '

Siapkan cetakan. Cetakan bisa apa saja. Bisa menggunakan pipa PVC tutup bagian bawah dengan plastik yang diikat dengan karet gelang, semprotkan minyak ke dalamnya, tuangkan hasil sabun. Setelah mengeras buka tutupnya, dorong lalu potong. Hasilnya sabun yang bulat. 

Gunakan masker dan kacamata. Timbang air hangat dan lye 2:1 2 air hangat : 1 lye, Larutkan lye ke dalam air hangat (Jangan menggunakan wadah aluminium. Gunakan stainless steel, gelas pyrex atau plastik-poliproplen). Jangan menuangkan air ke lye karena dapat menyebabkan letupan yang apabila terkena mat bisa buta jika terkena kulit bisa terbakar. Tuangkan lye ke dalam air hangat sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk hingga larut. Pertama-tama larutan akan panas mengepul dan berwarna keputihan. Uapnya jangan terhirup karena sangat berbahaya. Setelah larut semuanya, simpan di tempat yang SANGAT aman. Dengan hati hati tuangkan larutan lye  ke dalam minyak, mixer pada putaran terendah. Hindari jangan sampai menciprat ke muka atau badan anda. Setelah 15 menit hentikan mixer dan periksa sabun untuk melihat tahap “trace”. “Trace” adalah kondisi dimana sabun sudah terbentuk dan merupakan akhir dari proses pengadukan. Tandanya adalah ketika campuran sabun mulai mengental. Apabila disentuh dengan sendok, maka beberapa detik bekas sendok tadi masih membekas, itulah mengapa dinamakan “trace”.

Pada saat “trace” tadi tambahkan jus herbal & parfum. Mixer beberapa detik kemudian hentikan. Tunggu 30 menit sambil sesekali diaduk manual dengan sendok.

Tuang hasil sabun ini ke dalam cetakan. Tutup dengan kain untuk insulasi. Simpan sabun dalam cetakan tadi selama satu hingga dua hari. Kemudian keluarkan dari cetakan, potong sesuai selera. Simpan selama 40 hari untuk masa curing.

Pasalnya, persaingan yang kompetitif akan menyertai setiap detik kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, setiap orang harus membekali diri dalam rangka memenangkan kompetisi di era globalisasi sekarang ini.

Kompetisi tidak hanya terjadi di lingkungan kerja yang bersifat kekantoran, tetapi juga di dunia bisnis, khususnya wirausaha atau lebih populer dengan kata entrepreneurship. 3. Memiliki akhlak manusia, yang terdiri dari amanah, ikhlas, bersyukur, sabar dan adil

4. Dipercaya saat melakukan sesuatu

5. Mempunyai pemikiran yang luas dan berani bertanggung jawab

6. Mempunyai pengetahuan yang tinggi

7. Kepekaan sosial tinggi

8. Berani mengambil risiko

9. Daya tahan tinggi

10. Memotivasi dirinya untuk sukses yang tinggi

Manusia unggul ini dapat dibentuk dengan kondisi lingkungan, serta porsi pendidikan di tempatnya tinggalnya dan pola pikir emosional yang seseorang juga ikut menentukan bagaimana proses perkembangannya. Manusia unggul itu seperti nya akan berpikir terlebih dahulu dalam mendalami sebuah budaya dan bagaimana cara memanfaatkan budaya tersebut. Daerah asal seorang akan berpengaruh terhadap manusia unggul, coba bedakan orang di kota dengan orang di desa. Orang di desa berpikir lebih cenderung untuk bangun pagi dan melakukan aktivitas nya pada pagi hari, berbeda dengan orang kota kebanyakan mereka lebih memilih tidur dan berangkat dengan waktu yang mepet. 

Manusia dan kebudayaan adalah sesuatu yang saling berkaitan satu dengan lainnya yang tidak dapat terpisahkan dalam interaksi manusia dengan lingkungannya. Manusia dan kebudayaan saling berinteraksi secara timbal balik yang memberikan banyak pengaruh baik maupun buruk terhadap kehidupan manusia dengan lingkungannya, Secara sederhana hubungan antara manusia dan kebudayaan adalah manusia sebagai perilaku kebudayaan, dan kebudayaan merupakan obyek yang dilaksanakan manusia. Dalam ilmu sosiologi manusia dan kebudayaan dinilai sebagai dwitunggal, yang artinya bahwa walaupun keduanya berbeda tetapi keduanya merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan satu dengan lainnya. Kebudayaan juga disebut sebagai superorganic yaitu sebagai sesuatu yang secara turun-temurun diwariskan dari satu generasi ke generasi lainnya.
